I think that's ridiculous. Nothing we can say or do in a perfect formula will help other people become Christians. If they're not inclined to become Christians they won't. If He called, or u r "elect" (yes I said elect) they will come to Christ at the right time even if we don't use the right words or perfect formula to invite them.
